  • Reply All was created for working moms who are balancing careers, kids, relationships, friendships, responsibilities, and the parts of themselves they don't want to lose along the way.

    It's for the woman who spends her day answering emails, attending (and often leading) meetings, while also packing lunches, remembering birthdays, folding laundry, and wondering if she's doing enough. If you've ever felt like everyone needs something from you, Reply All is one thing that's simply for you. My hope is that, for a few minutes each month, you'll set down the to-do list, pour a cup of coffee (or reheat it for the third time), and feel like you're catching up with a friend who truly gets it.

    The letters aren't overly polished… and that's intentional. They're honest conversations about work, motherhood, relationships, ambition, the mental load, joy, exhaustion, and everything in between. Think of them as the letters you'd write to your closest friend after the kids are finally asleep.

  • Reply All was inspired by the idea that, in a world full of emails, notifications, and endless digital communication, we rarely receive something tangible that's simply meant to encourage us. Every envelope is my way of saying, "You're part of this conversation, too."

  • Reply All is a recurring monthly membership. Once you join, you'll automatically receive one thoughtfully curated envelope each month until you cancel. Membership renews automatically, and you can cancel anytime.

  • Your membership renews automatically each month on your billing date.

  • To allow time for planning, printing, and mailing, memberships close on the 1st of each month.

    For example:

    • Join by December 1 to receive January's mailing.

    • Join by January 1 to receive February's mailing.

  • Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account. If your payment has already been processed for an upcoming mailing, you'll still receive that month's envelope before your membership ends.

  • Every month is thoughtfully curated, but you can expect:

    • A heartfelt letter

    • A thoughtful keepsake or surprise

    • A reflection or affirmation card

    • A contribution to that month's featured nonprofit supporting mothers and children

    Some months may include additional seasonal surprises. We also give a little something extra during your birthday month.

  • At this time, Reply All ships within the United States only.

    International shipping is something I hope to offer in the future.

  • To keep memberships as affordable as possible, Reply All is mailed through USPS using standard First-Class Mail with postage stamps rather than package shipping. This allows me to focus your membership on what's inside the envelope instead of additional shipping costs.

  • If your envelope doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out. I'll gladly work with you to make it right.

  • Every month, $1 from Reply All’s profit of each envelope is donated to a nonprofit supporting mothers and/or children. Throughout the year, I'll introduce you to different organizations making a meaningful impact nationwide.

  • Gift memberships aren't available just yet, but they're on my wish list for the future!

  • Possibly! One of my goals is to introduce members to businesses and products I genuinely love.

    From time to time, Reply All may include exclusive discounts, special offers, or product samples from carefully selected partners. Every recommendation is thoughtfully chosen with working moms in mind, because your trust means more to me than any sponsorship.

  • Reply All is intentionally curated, and I carefully consider every partnership opportunity. I'm always interested in learning about brands that create products or services that genuinely make life easier for working moms.

    From exclusive member discounts and product samples to sponsored inserts and other creative collaborations, I selectively partner with brands that align with the Reply All mission and provide meaningful value to our community.

    Every recommendation reflects my personal standards. If I wouldn't personally use it or recommend it to a friend, it won't make it into a Reply All envelope.
